Understanding and caring for the pelvis is key to our wellbeing. Many people have heard about the importance of the pelvic floor but aren’t exactly sure what it is or how to keep it strong and healthy. Join us as we move, breathe and explore the bone, tissue and organ layers of the pelvis. We will discuss the relationship of our pelvic organs to gravity and strategize solutions and prevention for common pelvic issues we face as women. You will walk away with a greater sense of connection to the root of your body, as well as an embodied and anatomically deepened understanding of your center and how it supports your entire structure and sense of self.

Allison Benner has been teaching and practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2005. She draws her body-centered approach to healing from her career as a Rolfer, yoga therapist, and breath teacher. New students are always welcome in her classes.

Pleasure is our birthright! This potent and informative workshop is an exploration into our anatomy of arousal. We will be sharing new ways to access pleasure in your body, tools for feeling more freedom, and explore and encourage self-acceptance, starting from where you are. This evening will include in-depth education, honest conversation, and experiential exercises. This class is for anyone who is curious about pleasure, wants to feel more joy, and has female anatomy. We will learn, we will laugh, we might even cry. How much pleasure are you willing to receive in your life?

Anara Lani is a Somatic Sex Educator, a Way Of Mastery Pathway Facilitator, and an  embodiment catalyzer. One of her areas of expertise is the development of the sensory system. Our bodies are brilliant communication devices that inform us of everything we need in any given moment. Social customs and expectations can create mistrust of our natural wisdom, leaving us bewildered, disconnected, and feeling isolated. Through intentional breath, radical self inquiry, communication and practice we all have the possibility of reclaiming our birthright. Anara works with individuals, couples and groups to support freedom of the senses and ease with sexual expression.

Gina Garris is a lover of LOVE. She has infused her life with sharing love as a woman, healer, teacher and mentor. Being in Gina’s presence allows you to relax into more of yourself. Without judgment, Gina naturally creates a sacred space of awareness, acceptance and appreciation of all aspects of you, light and dark. This permission from within calls forth new ways of BE-ing. Lightness, wholeness, juiciness, life without shame – are just some of the ways Gina’s clients describe the results of her work. Whether you encounter Gina while she is in the realm of sexuality & yoni workshops, intuitive bodywork, sexual healer sessions, or as a kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, she meets you wherever you are on your journey and just loves you. Unconditionally. She also thrives on facilitating sexuality and sacredness conversations, inviting more playfulness into a seemingly uptight world.

A gentle, affirming practice of yoga asana, meditation, and deep relaxation to move into the deep seat of the soul. Our pelvis holds the stories of our personal and collective universe. It also holds the instinctual root wisdom and the emotional waters of the second chakra. Feeling is an elemental aspect of navigating our lives, and this workshop is an invitation to deepen and explore this creative center.

Laura Wade, MA, NCC Psychotherapist & Yoga Teacher

Laura Wade Jaster brings a unique depth and perspective to her teaching. Warm, engaging, and excellent with group experiences, you can find your welcome here.

On this eve of Earth Day, we remember the connection between our bodies and the planet. The relationship we have with our own body’s ‘sacred lands’ is shaped and affirmed by our daily sensory experience. We’ll explore the subtle textures in our posturing, movements, sounds and breath, tools we use all day long to converse with our system. We’ll also learn about the plant medicines and ancient self-care techniques that support pelvic health. This inquiry will lead us to discover how we might carry ourselves and our earth better, in our mutual potency and fragility… supported, celebrated and revered.
